In-room.com strive to deliver within 3 hours of the selected delivery time on your order.

We mainly service Dubai at the moment, should you wish to rent at a different location in UAE, please contact Customer Service to receive a separate quote

Delivery:

Hotels, Serviced Appartments & Coworking locations

We will deliver the items to the reception or concierge. Please ensure you populate as much as you can of the requested infromation on the check out page. This will help the hotel identlify you and deliver to your room.

Private Accomodation & AirBnB

We will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time convenient to you based on your selected time. You can also nominate someone to receive the equipment

Collections:

Hotels, Serviced Appartments & Coworking locations

Please hand the equipment over to the reception or concierge and let them know In-room will collect. We appreciate if you could let us know when its ready for collection and also if there is a baggage tag given by the hotel. Do not leave the equipment in the room when checking out.
