At In-room Gulf we understand that there may be changes in yoiur travel plan or agenda and we are happy to assist.
To make any changes please contact Customer Service on orders@in-room.com, WhatsApp or phone and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. We aim to respond within an hour.
Kindly note any refund is subject to the exchange rate applicable on the date of refund, so the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than the initially paid amount.
Cancellation of order:
- Full refund if cancelled by 12 PM (mid-day) UAE-time two days before the requested delivery day
- For later cancellations, there will be no refund for day 1 and 2, but 100% refund the following days
Orders Changes : extending rental time:
- A payment link will be sent for the extra time applicable assuming the unit is not already booked.
Orders Changes : reducing rental time:
Delaying delivery time
- No refund will be given for the next two calendar dates from today's date. Further in the future changes will be at full refund
- Changes in time on the same date will be at no cost
Earlier collection time
- No refund will be given for the next two calendar dates from today's date. Further in the future changes will be at full refund
- Changes in time on the same date will be at no cost
